Wednesdays at Studio Melt: FT Basecamp
Service Description
It is time to return to base camp with proper hinging, anchoring, and breathing patterns. In this 45 minute Foundation Training class, you will practice the core principles of this work in standing, kneeling, supine, and prone positions. Whatever your day holds, from work to family to fitness, it never hurts into return to base camp. Join Jenner on Wednesday evenings at Studio Melt to reset and ground your body with proper breathing and movement patterns. This class is designed for beginners and pros a like. Cancellation Policy
We value our relationship with our clients and respect your time and ask that you do the same. We do understand that life happens so please read the booking and cancelation policy for our in person class offerings. Booking policy: For morning and noon classes, clients must register by 8 am CST. For afternoon and evening classes, clients must register by 12:00 pm CST. Cancellation Policy: Clients can cancel up to 8 hours in advance and their account will be credited. No shows will be charged the full price of the class or session. Clients can also reschedule a class up to 8 hours prior to the start time.
